SECRET OF THE SUTRAS
This ParaYoga© Master Training takes deep study of the Sutras to a new level, by exploring the teachings of the Sutras not only through intellectual study, but through embodied practice. The course emphasizes a key teaching within the Sutras - mastery of the mind, as well as the crown jewel of all the Sutra teachings - meditation at the cave of the heart. This 6-day training is spread out over two weeks to accommodate the online format.
